• Drive financial insight and performance management across the business;
• Lead key elements of the planning cycle;
• Analyze business performance and support strategic decision-making;
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting;
• Drive cash flow and capital expenditure planning;
• Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting, governance and decision support;
• Analyze working capital trends, cash performance and investment plans;
• Develop and maintain financial models;
• Drive process improvements;
• Support profitability, cash and investment analysis;
• Ensure strong financial governance and compliance;
• Prepare presentations and commentary for key stakeholders;
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations;
• Influence senior leaders to improve business performance.

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA;
• Experience building and analyzing financial models and working with large data sets using Excel, Power BI, Alteryx or comparable platforms;
• Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls;
• Experience analyzing cash flow, working capital and/or capital expenditure performance;
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations;
• Experience interpreting complex financial and operational data for commercial and strategic decision-making;
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders;
• Ability to influence decisions and constructively challenge where appropriate;
• Strong FP&A experience;
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability;
• Commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Curiosity and interest in cash flow, working capital and capital investment performance;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Nice to have: Experience with financial systems such as OneStream.

• 12-Month fixed-term contract;
