• Own the financial performance of Womenswear, partnering with senior leaders to deliver sales, profit, stock and cash targets through proactive commercial insight and challenge;
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring robust plans support business objectives;
• Drive profitable growth through analysis of trading performance, scenario modelling, pricing, promotions and investment decisions;
• Optimise stock performance and working capital efficiency, balancing customer demand with commercial returns;
• Build strong partnerships across Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Online and Customer Insight teams;
• Drive continuous improvement across Commercial Finance.

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
• Strong experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or business partnering roles;
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insight, recommendations and strategic actions;
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and performance management within a fast-paced commercial environment;
• Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility with senior stakeholders;
• Strong commercial acumen;
• Collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach;
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills;
• Passion for continuous improvement.
