Financial Analyst

Juru is an international engineering and consultancy firm that works to solve engineering and environmental problems. It operates across 10 countries and has delivered projects in the energy, infrastructure, buildings, and industrial sectors.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management accounting reports for decision-making and planning;
• Develop financial policies and procedures and implement them within the company to improve planning;
• Provide financial insights and analysis to drive business performance;
• Develop and implement risk management policies to support the company's stable functioning;
• Develop financial projections and build financial models of company operations;
• Review project financial proposals to assess competitiveness and compliance with profit hurdle rates;
• Monitor project expenditures, conduct cost analysis, assess budget overruns, perform benchmarking, and conduct risk assessments;
• Provide financial guidance to project teams;
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations;
• Improve the company's tax compliance and tax optimization.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modelling;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian;
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Work at the company's Tashkent office in Uzbekistan.
