The company is a technology business focused on improving and reimagining the logistics industry. Its Customer Fulfillment Finance team uses financial data and operational metrics to generate insights, influence business decisions, and improve fulfillment operations.
задачи
Independently identify and drive cost-out opportunities across multiple Fulfillment nodes by connecting operational performance metrics to financial outcomes and defining analytical frameworks where none exist;
Navigate complex and ambiguous cost structures with limited or incomplete data, applying senior judgment to size opportunities, quantify trade-offs, and recommend actions to leadership;
Lead root cause analysis on systemic issues spanning multiple sites or programmes, uncover underlying drivers, and design scalable measurement frameworks to improve site productivity;
Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior operational leaders by influencing decisions on investment, capacity, and cost strategy;
Own the end-to-end relationship with data source providers and technology teams, drive automation roadmaps, define data quality standards, and ensure decision-grade data is available;
Identify and champion process improvements across the wider finance organisation, codify best practices, and raise the analytical standard for peers and junior analysts;
Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on Amazon fulfillment center performance metrics in the EU;
Participate in productivity reviews;
Travel across Continental Europe to visit similar Amazon sites, understand differences, and use data analysis and acquired knowledge to guide Senior Leadership.
требования
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree;
Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives or projects;
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, MS Power Query, and Python, or advanced Excel experience including macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, and lookups;
Experience with financial analysis and modeling;
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, experience identifying and resolving complex issues, experience in a fast-paced and dynamic organization, experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
