financial analyst for Nordic entities

Iyuno provides broadcast media production and distribution services and operates in the entertainment industry.

• Prepare financial analyses and business reports, including trend analysis and identification of key cost drivers;
• Analyze financial results against forecasts and budgets, and communicate findings to Finance Managers, Country Managers, and other stakeholders;
• Support monthly business reviews with operational management;
• Perform month-end project accounting activities, including revenue recognition and accrual calculations;
• Handle payroll accounting and reconciliations in cooperation with external payroll providers;
• Calculate and post selected accruals, including payroll-related accruals and WIP/POC adjustments;
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for assigned entities;
• Post month-end journal entries;
• Support monthly reporting in accordance with corporate policies and IFRS;
• Assist with statutory reporting, audit requests, and documentation;
• Communicate with corporate finance teams on reporting and analysis matters;
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities;
• Provide backup support for accounting and reporting activities within the team.

• 1–3 Years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar position;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, accounting, or a similar finance role;
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a dynamic environment;
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions and countries;
• Nice to have: experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
