• Prepare in-depth financial performance reports from scratch, own communication with related departments, allocate costs and revenues, and manage report details;
• Deliver regular monthly and quarterly financial performance reports independently;
• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI to understand the business model in detail;
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and analyses;
• Analyze financial and operational trends, monitor KPIs, and conduct variance analysis;
• Analyze operational and financial processes to identify cost and revenue optimization opportunities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during report preparation and analysis;
• Present granular financial results and provide insights for management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field;
• 3–4 Years of experience in financial analysis and/or financial management;
• Knowledge of banking products and processes;
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI;
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including complex formulas and large datasets;
• Understanding of financial management and capital budgeting principles;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex problems;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• English proficiency at B2 level;
• Nice to have: CFA, FMVA, or ACCA certification.
