• Support the Capital Markets team in transaction processes related to real estate projects;
• Prepare materials, analyses, and reports for investors on individual projects and market conditions;
• Develop financial models and update data in spreadsheets and analytical tools used during negotiations and investment processes;
• Enter data into financial models provided by investors and prepare summaries for decision-making;
• Participate in presenting investment projects and maintaining ongoing communication with domestic and international investors;
• Coordinate document flow between parties involved in transactions;
• Check document completeness and compliance with investor requirements and project standards;
• Support due diligence processes for commercial real estate by organizing and updating the Virtual Data Room (VDR);
• Coordinate responses to investor questions within the Q&A process;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers involved in transaction processes;
• Monitor project schedules and support managers and directors in daily activities.

• Higher education in finance, economics, real estate, business analysis, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance, audit, M&A, DD, or analytical roles;
• English at C1 level for daily communication in an international environment;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Ability to analyze data and draw business conclusions;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Interest in the real estate market and investment processes;
• Accuracy, responsibility, and good work organization.
