You will just need to attach your CV and answer a questionnaire. Selected candidates will be invited to an online assessment. If successful, you’ll attend to two rounds of virtual interviews, which take place on the same day. Interviews consist of behavioural questions and a case study, focusing on our Leadership Principles. The entire recruitment process typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Do note that the selection process and timelines are subject to change, and vary with role and location. • A relocation package may be offered, subject to an eligibility criterion.

Currently in the penultimate or final year of a university degree, with an anticipated graduation date after the internship;
Studying Economics, Finance, or an Applied Science subject such as Engineering or Mathematics;
Available to start an internship between January and September 2027;
Available for 3 to 12 months, full time (40h/week); internship length is subject to availability;
Fluent written and verbal English at C1 or higher;
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including macros, pivots, lookups, and VBA;
Must have the right to work in the country of employment;
Nice to have: strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets and present actionable insights, excellent communication and teamwork skills, curiosity and proactivity, willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous fast-paced environment, data visualization skills with Tableau, QlikView, PowerPivot, MicroStrategy, or Amazon Quick Sight, Oracle, VBA, and MySQL/SQL knowledge, basic knowledge of and interest in AI.
