• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
• Support budgeting and variance analysis processes;
• Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights;
• Communicate with stakeholders across multiple regions;
• Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls;
• Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, and reporting standards;
• Conduct regional financial reviews for businesses in Europe and the Americas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• 4–6 Years of experience in financial analysis and FP&A;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, Excel, and financial modeling skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Power BI;
• Experience with accounting systems;
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English, written and spoken;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree, CPA, CFA, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience, working experience in a SAAS technology company.
