Amazon MGM Studios is expanding its global theatrical distribution and building a finance organization to support international theatrical operations. The International Theatrical Finance team develops financial infrastructure for global theatrical expansion and supports content reaching audiences worldwide.
задачи
Serve as the in-territory point of contact for Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay support;
Coordinate across Distribution, Marketing, and FinOps teams;
Support AR FinOps by monitoring accounts receivable performance, identifying variances and trends, and providing territory-specific insights;
Support the Distribution/Sales team with theater setup in the DEX system and manual Box Office Report entry when automated feeds are unavailable;
Maintain data integrity between the DEX booking system and downstream financial systems;
Coordinate with the AR FinOps Cash Application team on payment discrepancies;
Monitor exhibitor accounts for credit issues and financial risk indicators;
Escalate concerns to Distribution and Finance stakeholders;
Support month-end close activities and reconciliation processes;
Provide training on Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes to local teams;
Prepare documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
требования
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field;
Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable or collections, or general ledger;
Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs including Salesforce, and other systems;
Experience working cross-functionally across several teams;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, pivots, and lookups;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities;
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
Fluent spoken, written, and reading English, with the ability to take direction in English;
Fluent spoken, written, and reading German;
Nice to have: experience in the entertainment industry.
