The company is a boutique firm specializing in financial management, Corporate Finance, and M&A, with a strong presence in the Tech, Biotech, startup, and investment fund ecosystem.

• Prepare and analyze financial and management information for CFOs, founders, and C-Level teams;
• Develop and monitor business plans, budgets, P&L statements, and Cash Flow forecasts;
• Analyze margins, variable contribution, sales, costs, and deviations from the business plan;
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into concrete recommendations for management;
• Coordinate closing processes, financial reporting, and relationships with external auditors;
• Ensure the reliability of financial statements and compliance with accounting and statutory requirements;
• Identify opportunities to improve and increase efficiency in financial processes;
• Design and implement procedures and solutions to standardize and scale client processes;
• Participate in fundraising, investment, and M&A projects by preparing and managing the required financial information throughout the different transaction phases;
• Act as a trusted financial advisor for clients and manage projects with a high level of autonomy;
• Manage a personal client portfolio;
• Work directly with founders, CFOs, funds, investors, and management teams;
• Participate in complex financial projects from an early stage of employment;
• Gain exposure to fundraising and M&A transactions.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Approximately 4–5 years of experience in financial audit at a Big4 firm or equivalent environment;
• Strong technical foundation in accounting, financial statements, and financial analysis;
• Ability to interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements and translate financial information into business conclusions;
• Highly analytical, structured, and rigorous profile with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously;
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with senior management stakeholders;
• Autonomy, adaptability, and client orientation;
• Interest in developing within the startup, Tech/Biotech, investment, and Corporate Finance ecosystem;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and ambition to gradually take on greater responsibilities.

• The role is based in Barcelona;
