fp&a manager in hospitality

Gather + Gather provides workplace food and drink services designed to bring people together, improve productivity, and create memorable everyday experiences through catering teams and hospitality offerings.

• Support profit-driving initiatives across F&B, labour, sundries, and deal cost margins;
• Assist with commercial analysis for tariff increases, contract pricing, and sector reporting;
• Provide analysis for new business tenders and contract renewals;
• Prepare financial data for commercial decision-making and negotiations;
• Support commercial reporting, insights, and benchmarking activities;
• Work with FP&A teams to ensure reporting consistency;
• Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis;
• Support and lead discussions with operations and clients on budgets, tariffs, and performance where required;
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams on cost management;
• Monitor labour, food, and beverage costs against forecasts;
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders and clients;
• Support commercial training materials and initiatives;
• Provide ad hoc analysis and project support;
• Support wider team training and financial activities.

• Experience in a commercial finance, business partnering, or analyst role;
• Understanding of financial reporting, company policies, and controls;
• No specific qualification required;

• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00am - 17:00pm;
