задачи
Develop, implement, and control marketing plans and long-range plans for the assigned products to maximize market share and achieve sales objectives;
Define and follow up on the implementation of strategies and tactics for OTC products;
Allocate resources effectively to maximize product life cycles;
Propose new go-to-market approaches for launches and existing products and follow up on commercial implementation;
Build media plans with agencies and track implementation against results;
Communicate constantly with the International Brand Management team at HQ and local cross-functional teams;
Act as a role model in line with ethical and compliance rules and promote the highest ethical and compliance standards.
требования
Medical University degree preferred;
At least 3 years of Brand Management experience;
Consumer healthcare or FMCG portfolio management experience;
Experience with product launches;
In-depth marketing knowledge;
Trade marketing skills;
Fluent English, written and spoken;
Ability to set ambitious objectives and stay highly focused;
Integrity, tenacity, and adaptability in complex and changing environments;
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;
Strong capabilities in managing successful product launches;
Ability to self-challenge and maintain a strong can-do attitude;
Ability to analyze quickly and take action;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
