Raiffeisen banka a.d. Beograd is a member of Raiffeisen Bank International, an international banking group operating across Central and Eastern Europe.

• Realize IT projects according to project management methodology;
• Prepare and monitor project budget, scope, and timeline;
• Present projects for approval;
• Manage projects with an understanding of project content and activities;
• Coordinate relevant IT and non-IT stakeholders during project realization, including vendors;
• Communicate with the project sponsor and other stakeholders;
• Report on project status;
• Participate in designing software solutions and planning delivery;
• Verify and sign-off developed and delivered software solutions;
• Ensure an appropriate relationship between business users and IT, as well as within the IT project team;
• Participate in resource allocation for all project phases;
• Manage project risks;
• Regularly control the completeness of project documentation;
• Act as a Scrum Master, ensuring agile values, work principles, and methodology are applied;
• Organize Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper guidance, goal orientation, and clarity;
• Ensure smooth functioning of the agile team and continuously work on team optimization;
• Organize and conduct team trainings;
• Drive mindset change and the application of agile culture.

• Degree from a faculty (240 ECTS) or higher school (180 ECTS) in social-humanistic or technical-technological fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in software project management and/or leading larger development teams;
• Knowledge of agile principles;
• Knowledge of PMI project management methodology;
• Knowledge of the IT and application development lifecycle;
• Active knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level;
• Well-developed communication, organizational, negotiation, and planning skills;
• Highly developed analytical skills;
• Orientation towards process improvement and efficiency.
