Centific is a frontier AI data foundry that curates diverse, high-quality data and develops contextual datasets, industry-specific LLMs, and RAG pipelines to support safe, scalable AI deployment for enterprise clients.
задачи
Review daily production reports and pass relevant information upward;
Double-check timekeeping records, submit them, and approve PA/PC hours;
Follow and help update Lean documentation;
Create project-specific training materials and train PCs;
Meet with project developers to receive project updates;
Address project-level issues;
Work with PCs, PMs, and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage within the process flow;
Respond to ambiguities, changes, and updates from SPMs in a timely manner and pass them to team members;
Identify and communicate process improvements and waste reduction opportunities;
Collect process improvement suggestions from team members and pass them on;
Complete end-of-day reporting to ensure proper handoff to the next shift owners;
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the assigned project process flow;
Perform additional duties as required.

College or university degree;
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint;
General knowledge of online communication;
Willingness to work overtime when necessary;
Leadership qualities, including giving and receiving feedback, recognizing when to delegate, and demonstrating confidence;
Ability to follow directions and complete time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently;
Ability to perform repetitive tasks without compromising quality;
Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset;
Ability to work independently as part of a team.
