задачи
- Take ownership of PAM project deliveries;
- Ensure compliance with governance standards;
- Coordinate with stakeholders across DevOps and PAM Onboarding teams;
- Support risk mitigation and adherence to governance;
- Prepare senior management reporting materials;
- Assist track leads in maintaining project momentum;
- Drive change management initiatives and facilitate communication.
требования
- Experience managing large-scale IT or banking projects;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies;
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management;
- Knowledge of CyberArk;
- Familiarity with Jira;
- Proficiency in executive reporting;
- Structured execution mindset;
- Nice to have: additional PM experience in large-scale IT or banking, enhanced stakeholder management capabilities, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, deeper understanding of Privileged Access Management, advanced knowledge of CyberArk, expertise in Jira, strong executive reporting skills, effective structured execution principles.
