QazTWIN builds software for industrial companies to make complex facilities easier to operate, monitor, and improve. The platform brings together real-time equipment data, IoT sensors, SCADA and enterprise systems, 3D models, analytics, maintenance workflows, and AI tools in one operational environment, helping industrial organizations move from disconnected systems and reactive maintenance to better visibility, faster decisions, and more reliable operations.

• Lead pilot and implementation projects for industrial customers;
• Work closely with customers to understand their processes, challenges, and technical requirements;
• Translate business and operational needs into clear tasks for product, engineering, IoT, data, and 3D teams;
• Build project plans, define milestones, manage timelines, and keep everyone aligned;
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders;
• Track project risks, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables;
• Run meetings, document agreements, and ensure that action items are completed;
• Prepare project updates, presentations, and reports for customers and management;
• Participate in site visits and business trips across Kazakhstan;
• Help improve the way we deliver and scale industrial projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management;
• Experience leading IT, technology, engineering, or implementation projects;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to structure complex information and turn it into a clear execution plan;
• Confidence working with both business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Ability to manage several workstreams and take responsibility for the final result;
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in Kazakh;
• Working proficiency in English for meetings, correspondence, and documentation;
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits;
• A valid Category B driving licence is required;
• Availability to work on-site from our office in Astana;
• Nice to have: Experience working with industrial or manufacturing companies, Understanding of production, maintenance, industrial automation, or operational processes, Familiarity with IoT, SCADA, MES, ERP, BIM, 3D technologies, data analytics, or predictive maintenance, Experience delivering B2B software or technology solutions at customer sites, Technical or engineering background.
