задачи
Own the PMF discovery cycle for Commerce through structured customer discovery with CMOs, R&D directors, and digital leads at CPG and life-sciences accounts;
Synthesize customer signals into hypotheses and stop initiatives that are not working;
Turn ambiguous enterprise-account problems into clear problem statements, prioritized experiments, and decisions;
Define and defend the product roadmap as explicit bets with hypotheses, timelines, and success metrics tied to company OKRs;
Write PRDs that Engineering and Data Science can act on and own the backlog end to end;
Partner with GTM on sales-led discovery, join enterprise calls, shape pricing and packaging signals, and connect deals with the roadmap;
Design and run live-product experiments, including A/B tests, staged rollouts, and feature flags;
Share experiment learnings across the company;
Work with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to ship iterative value while maintaining scientific rigor;
Lead the charge in revolutionizing skincare with AI.

7+ Years of experience in Product Management;
At least 2 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS with a sales-led motion and 6-figure ACVs;
Proven experience managing products for the US market;
Personally ran a PMF cycle on a live but ambiguous product, rather than only shipping features at a large organization;
Experience working with CMOs and R&D directors at CPG, beauty, life-sciences, or closely adjacent regulated companies;
Strong discovery and delivery skills, including PRDs, prioritization frameworks, outcome-based planning, and stakeholder alignment;
Analytical fluency in defining metrics, reading product analytics, and designing and interpreting experiments;
Impeccable written and verbal English;
Comfortable operating as a player-coach in a fast-moving, low-process environment;
Strong hands-on command of LLM/AI tooling and vibe-coding.
