Manage online and offline sales as one integrated system;
Monitor KPIs, budgets, and business metrics;
Increase customer retention, repeat purchases, and overall performance;
Manage assortment, pricing, margins, and forecasting;
Coordinate marketing and sales operations;
Lead and develop the team;
Optimize internal processes and improve efficiency.
требования
Experience in retail and/or e-commerce management;
Strong analytical and leadership skills;
Data-driven and strategic mindset;
Fluent Russian and English;
Valid Cyprus work permit;
Nice to have: FMCG or premium retail experience, understanding of CRM, customer journey, and unit economics.
