• Define product success, target users, capabilities, positioning, and clinical or biopharma workflow fit while navigating regulatory constraints;
• Lead 0-to-1 product development from research and internal prototypes to shipped products;
• Build MVPs to validate product-market fit efficiently;
• Spend time with users to understand their workflows and drive structured product iterations;
• Set priorities across ML, engineering, and science teams;
• Decide what gets built, delayed, or cut and keep stakeholders aligned;
• Define integration strategy across third-party applications, IMS, lab systems, and AI infrastructure;
• Develop platform and API strategy alongside the application experience.

• Domain fluency in clinical products or biopharma;
• Experience working on clinical products or building for biopharma teams in translational research, biomarker analysis, or clinical development;
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and working with probabilistic, model-based systems;
• Customer-first approach with hands-on user engagement and evidence-based decision-making;
• Commercial instincts and experience with institutional or enterprise customers in healthcare or life sciences;
• Ability to turn pilots into lasting commercial contracts;
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and determine when to ship or hold;
• Clear writing, ability to turn ambiguity into direction, and stakeholder alignment skills.
