- Work daily with engineering to turn priorities into shipped features;
- Gather feedback from clients and users to sharpen product direction;
- Balance short-term client needs against long-term product strategy;
- Communicate progress and decisions clearly across the business.

- Experience owning a product roadmap, ideally in an early-stage or fast-moving environment;
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information;
- Strong communication skills with engineers, clients and leadership;
- Genuine interest in AI products and how they are built.
