задачи
Own and drive the Localization strategy, defining standards, workflows, and tooling for fully translated, culturally adapted, and market-ready products;
Lead the UX Platform roadmap with Design and Engineering to evolve the shared component library, design system, and platform primitives;
Define and scale Accessibility standards, including WCAG conformance requirements and inclusive design practices;
Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to embed Localization, Accessibility, and UX Platform considerations into product development;
Build and maintain Localization infrastructure, including translation management systems, internationalization frameworks, and vendor relationships;
Drive adoption of UX Platform components across product teams to reduce duplication, accelerate development, and ensure design consistency;
Act as the internal SME for Accessibility, Localization, and UX Platform by educating teams and developing internal guidance;
Champion Accessibility, Localization, and UX Platform disciplines with senior leadership;
Align with senior leadership on roadmap priorities, report on program health, and communicate progress to customers and GTM partners.
требования
5+ Years of Product Management experience with ownership of platform, infrastructure, or foundational product areas;
Experience in Localization or Internationalization, including translation management systems, locale-specific UX, and global go-to-market workflows;
Experience building or scaling a UX Platform, design system, or shared component library;
Working knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and EN 301 549 accessibility standards;
Ability to set multi-quarter roadmaps and work through implementation details with Engineering and Design;
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience influencing without authority across Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams;
Growth mindset and ability to leverage AI for faster, smarter decisions.
