Axlebolt develops Standoff 2, a multiplayer PvP shooter with core gameplay systems and features.

• Manage the full development cycle of core gameplay features for Standoff 2, from concept creation to release and post-launch analysis;
• Develop key gameplay mechanics and systems in collaboration with the game design team;
• Coordinate the work of a cross-functional development team;
• Manage the team’s backlog by prioritizing tasks and planning development;
• Monitor timelines, risks, and the quality of gameplay feature implementation;
• Analyze post-release results and make decisions based on gameplay and product metrics;
• Identify opportunities to improve core gameplay and the user experience;
• Foster effective collaboration among all development team members.

• 6+ Years of experience;
• Experience working as a Game Producer or Lead Game Designer;
• Understanding of the full development cycle for game features, from concept to post-release analysis;
• Experience coordinating a cross-functional development team;
• Excellent understanding of modern FPS and PvP games;
• Experience working with game metrics and a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Skills in planning, prioritizing, and managing the backlog;
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other development management tools;
• Nice to have: Experience working on FPS, Battle Royale, or other multiplayer PvP projects.
