• Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Enterprise Technology to build alignment and integration across the owned domain;
• Engage with operational teams and stakeholders to resolve ambiguity and convert cross-platform challenges into precise product specifications;
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch refinement while maintaining alignment with project schedules;
• Design analytical approaches, leverage data and visualizations, and communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams;
• Drive an AI-first framework across the procurement domain;
• Identify and implement high-value applications for Generative AI and machine learning to automate intake, optimize sourcing, and develop supplier insights;
• Identify process improvement opportunities, generate innovative ideas, validate entitlement, and define paths to production;
• Lead strategically and tactically in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience;
• 5+ Years of experience in product management or program management;
• Proven track record of owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition;
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery, including feature delivery and trade-off management in complex enterprise systems;
• Experience working with data to extract insights and influence senior leadership;
• Direct experience building or managing products from the ground up;
• Strong analytical capabilities, including SQL and Python for data analysis;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to drive consensus across diverse enterprise teams and senior stakeholders;
• Nice to have: experience in Supply Chain and Procurement within the Automotive or Manufacturing space.
