Manage project scope and timelines;
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups;
Coach team members in Agile frameworks;
Facilitate internal communication and collaboration;
Serve as the point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders;
Work with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests;
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles;
Help teams implement changes effectively;
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint;
Guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity;
Build a productive environment where team members own the product;
Drive innovation and the end-to-end launch of products;
Collaborate with Digital Business partners and vendors to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch;
Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement;
Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer;
Review business needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks in an Agile environment;
Partner with stakeholders and customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization;
Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap with the Business;
Translate roadmap features into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance test criteria;
Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products;
Lead the product functional design process based on user and technology knowledge;
Define and execute the go-to-market plan;
Develop and maintain product performance tracking and reporting after launch.

3–7 Years of experience in Agile Technical Product Management;
3–7 Years of experience in Product Lifecycle Management;
3–7 Years of experience in Cross-Functional Communication;
3–7 Years of experience in Technical Translation;
3–7 Years of experience in Stakeholder Management.
