This role requires relocation to Manila.
Salmon operates an alternative distribution channel through partner stores where store staff sell Salmon products. The Partners & Distribution team manages an offline network across the Philippines, including 5,000+ points of sale and 2,000+ partner-run stores.

Own the full funnel from customer acquisition → engagement → issuance → conversion;
Lead operations with a dedicated on-the-ground team;
Build internal tools with the dedicated P&D tech team;
Report directly to founders and top management;
Move initiatives from Launch → Scale → Repeat.
требования
4–6 Years of experience in product, operations, growth, or entrepreneurship;
Hands-on experience with agent-led operations, store rollouts, or field/partner networks;
Use data to drive decision-making;
Demonstrate a builder mindset and thrive in scrappy, fast-moving environments.
