product manager in iGaming

SoftConstruct develops digital products for sports betting and the iGaming industry, including sports and casino games and virtual sports simulations.

• Oversee all stages of product development from ideation to retirement, ensuring timely and successful delivery of releases;
• Develop and execute data-driven product strategies aligned with business objectives and supported by higher-level PMs;
• Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessment to shape roadmap priorities;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales teams to execute product plans;
• Provide direction and support throughout the product lifecycle to ensure cross-team alignment;
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and executives on progress, issues, and market impact;
• Support go-to-market planning, positioning, and communication with marketing and sales;
• Contribute to promotional strategies, launch materials, and product documentation;
• Define, track, and report key performance indicators to measure success and inform decisions;
• Recommend product-line improvements based on user feedback, market research, and business performance;
• Prepare forecasts and performance reports for internal teams and senior leadership;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field;
• 1–3 Years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products;
• Understanding of sports betting and the iGaming industry;
• Basic knowledge of sports and casino game creation, including game logic and player behavior;
• Understanding of virtual sports mechanics and how real sports are transformed into 3D simulations;
• Experience working with game development teams;
• Ability to collaborate with design, tech, and internal stakeholder teams;
• Understanding of both B2C and B2B products;
• Strong communication and coordination skills;
• Nice to have: experience with Unreal Engine.
