• 2+ Years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar technical role;
• Experience with data-intensive systems, data platforms, data pipelines, or data engineering teams;
• Understanding of system architecture and data architecture;
• Understanding of data flows, data processing, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and system integrations;
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases;
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing technical and data-related requirements;
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and data requirements;
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
• Experience working closely with Data Engineers, Developers, Product Managers, and other technical stakeholders;
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation, including data flows, UML/BPMN diagrams, system specifications, and process documentation;
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, including REST API and message brokers;
• Strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Nice to have: experience in a Data Engineering / Analytics / BI environment, knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes, or cloud data platforms, Agile methodology certification.
