• Work with the engineering team to clarify acceptance criteria and explain the business side of the product;
• Communicate with stakeholders about features, functionality, and deadlines;
• Create user stories and acceptance tests for each feature or change request;
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create product mockups;
• Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, delivery time, and creation order;
• Review prototypes and proofs of concept for feasibility;
• Coordinate with engineering managers, tech leads, and developers to clarify project requirements;
• Verify that the finished product meets customer needs through usability tests and customer feedback;
• Communicate project status and roadblocks to team members.

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• 2–4 Years of experience as a Product Owner;
• Experience delivering cloud-based software projects;
• Knowledge and implementation experience with Agile methodologies;
• Knowledge of distributed programming models using web services and a modular approach;
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other product and delivery collaboration tools;
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills;
• Project management and value delivery coordination skills;
• Strong technical understanding and informed technology decision-making skills;
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills aligned with company and product goals;
• Risk and dependency management skills;
• Nice to have: Experience understanding or creating Open API, familiarity with prompting and applying AI assistants in day-to-day delivery.
