project manager for AI partnerships

InPost is an international technology company and a leader in Poland’s logistics industry.

• Manage partnership projects end to end, from initiation through implementation and launch to project closure;
• Build and develop a pipeline of potential Von Halsky AI Assistant partners in entertainment, travel, healthcare, media, and payments;
• Contact potential partners, lead initial discussions, and assess collaboration opportunities;
• Prepare business assumptions and term sheets, and negotiate commercial terms with Legal and Finance teams;
• Manage timelines, scope, quality, risks, dependencies, and KPI delivery;
• Coordinate collaboration across Tech, Product, Data, Legal, Marketing, and Finance teams;
• Prepare partnership launches by planning tests, defining readiness criteria, and coordinating communications;
• Manage partner relationships after launch, monitor results, and resolve emerging issues;
• Identify opportunities to develop existing partnerships and prepare business recommendations;
• Report on project and partnership status and present results and recommendations to management;
• Use AI tools, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Wisper, to improve analysis, prepare materials, reporting, and day-to-day project work.

• At least 3 years of experience managing business and/or IT projects in a complex environment;
• At least 3 years of experience working with external entities, such as partners, clients, or suppliers;
• Knowledge of project or program management principles and methodologies;
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and effectively prioritize and manage risks and stakeholders;
• Understanding of commercial partnership models, such as revenue share, affiliation, barter, and subscription models;
• Very good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
• Openness to new technologies and interest in the practical application of AI in business;
• Higher education, preferably in management, project management, or economics;
• English proficiency at a minimum of B2+;
• Nice to have: experience acquiring and developing business partnerships, business development, or B2B sales; experience preparing presentations and reports for management; practical knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, including prompt creation and simple workflows; basic understanding of technical integrations such as APIs or product feeds; English proficiency at C1; project certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI PMP, or PMI-ACP, or training in negotiation, B2B sales, AI applications, and automation.
