• Break down broad business needs into specific requirements and priorities;
• Distinguish business needs from technology solutions;
• Create or co-create user stories, process maps, functional descriptions, and acceptance criteria;
• Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps in requirements;
• Maintain a consistent backlog with the Product Owner, business, and IT team;
• Lead digital, IT, and application development projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation and discovery through analysis, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and stabilization;
• Work in an agile or hybrid model;
• Collaborate with the business to clarify needs and translate them into backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across development, analysis, testing, UX/UI, cloud, and data;
• Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery status;
• Prepare status updates and materials for the PMO, sponsors, management board, and key stakeholders;
• Support UAT, feature acceptance, and deployment on the user side.

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT, digital, or software development projects;
• Experience leading application, cloud, or data-related projects;
• Experience working with development, QA, UX/UI, cloud, and data teams;
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban and the ability to lead projects in these models;
• Experience with backlogs, user stories, refinement, and acceptance criteria;
• Ability to conduct workshops with the business and derive specific requirements;
• Comfort working with multiple business and technology stakeholders;
• Experience collaborating with technology vendors and software houses;
• Nice to have: Scrum Master, AgilePM, Prince2 Agile, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification, experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Proxy Product Owner, experience in cloud, applications, or data engineering projects, basic knowledge of application architecture, APIs, integrations, and cloud.
