Improve project management processes and documentation;
Execute high-impact digital marketing work when appropriate;
Review the quality of work before publication;
Mentor and support junior team members;

требования
8–10+ Years of experience in digital marketing;
Strong project management experience;
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads;
Hands-on experience with Google Ads;
Experience with e-commerce;
Experience with Amazon or other marketplaces;
Excellent organisational skills;
Outstanding attention to detail;
Excellent written and spoken English;
Ability to lead by example;
Passion for building outstanding products and continuously improving how things are done;
Nice to have: PMP certification or equivalent, crowdfunding experience with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or similar, experience launching physical consumer products, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, data analysis.
