POSTRED produces film and television projects for international studios and production companies, with a focus on sound and audio post-production workflows.

• Define project scope, objectives, priorities and milestones with the Head of Film & TV;
• Manage multiple projects with different teams, requirements, budgets and deadlines;
• Determine project priorities and tiers based on scope, budget, duration, client commitments and resources;
• Develop project timelines and resource plans;
• Assemble project teams based on department lead recommendations;
• Coordinate workflows across creative and technical teams;
• Identify scheduling conflicts, resource limitations, dependencies and risks;
• Organize meetings and document decisions, responsibilities and next steps;
• Provide project updates to the Head of Film & TV and stakeholders;
• Escalate risks, delays and client concerns with possible solutions;
• Maintain project information in Monday.com;
• Create and manage boards, timelines, dashboards, views, dependencies, task ownership and automations;
• Keep project statuses, deadlines, blockers, priorities and next actions visible and reliable;
• Coordinate project materials and access to current assets;
• Monitor workloads and identify overbooking, bottlenecks and missing resources;
• Investigate recurring operational issues and recommend improvements;
• Research, document and introduce project-management structures and Standard Operating Procedures;
• Ensure agreed processes are followed across projects and teams;
• Use AI tools for planning, documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, communication and recurring workflows;
• Research AI tools and evaluate process improvements;
• Create AI-assisted workflows and templates;
• Verify AI-generated information before using or sharing it;
• Use AI tools responsibly and protect confidential information;
• Share workflow recommendations with the Head of Film & TV and the wider team;
• Prepare professional client emails and maintain stakeholder communication;
• Set expectations for timelines, materials, feedback and delivery requirements;
• Coordinate deliverables with the Head of Film & TV;
• Communicate client feedback to internal teams;
• Track revisions and confirm that client notes are addressed;
• Analyze service-related client issues and report findings and recommended actions;
• Maintain professional communication when project risks arise;
• Confirm that deliverables are completed, reviewed and delivered;
• Oversee organization and archiving of project materials;
• Update IMDb credit lists;
• Document unresolved issues, lessons learned and workflow improvements;
• Close project information in Monday.com.

• At least two years of hands-on experience in project management, production management, operations, delivery management or a comparable role;
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines and teams simultaneously;
• Strong skills in prioritization, delegation, resource planning, risk identification, follow-up and accountability;
• Professional experience with project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello or similar systems;
• Ability to create and maintain project boards, task ownership, timelines, dependencies, views and automations independently;
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion AI or comparable platforms;
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Professional working proficiency in English and Georgian;
• High attention to detail and accurate project information management;
• Confidence communicating with clients, department leads and cross-functional teams;
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions and take responsibility through completion;
• Ability to identify problems early, communicate them clearly and propose realistic solutions;
• Proactive, reliable, collaborative and solutions-oriented working style;
• Genuine interest in the film and television industry;
• Initiative, confident decision-making, attention to priorities and ownership of commitments;

• 3,000–4,000 GEL net, depending on experience and demonstrated skills;
• Six-month probationary period;
