• Clarify technical and commercial orders with customers and assess risks based on calculations and technical drawings;
• Analyze specifications, verify feasibility, prepare offers, select suitable internal and external suppliers, process customer orders, and structure projects with complex scopes;
• Collaborate closely with sales, customers, manufacturing, procurement, and project management leadership;
• Manage schedules for individual process steps and project costs, reporting risks and major deviations to management and business unit leadership;
• Report on completed project progress during project reviews;
• Take responsibility for the overall project and coordinate internal and external customer acceptances;
• Organize and supervise installations and commissioning at construction sites;
• Identify and follow up on customer opportunities directly at customer sites or construction sites to win follow-up projects.

• Degree in electrical engineering, ideally specializing in power engineering;
• Alternatively, Meister or technician qualification combined with construction site experience;
• Several years of project management experience, including construction site experience, or project sales experience;
• Experience ideally in the energy supply and distribution sector;
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken;
• Proficient with MS Office applications and SAP;
• Solution-oriented thinking, structured working style, and ability to communicate confidently at different organizational levels;
• Nice to have: Experience commissioning medium- and low-voltage technology.
