project manager for retail and restaurant deployments

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for Retail and Restaurant customers;
• Coordinate deployment, implementation, and innovation initiatives across multiple projects;
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies;
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations;
• Lead project status meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Professional Services, Product, Support, and Operations;
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution plans;
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices;
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• 5–10 Years of experience in Project Management or a similar customer-facing delivery role;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Proven experience managing complex implementation, deployment, or transformation projects;
• Experience working with Retail and/or Restaurant industry customers;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and EPM (Enterprise Project Management tools);
• Nice to have: Spanish proficiency, experience in multinational and customer-centric organizations, a background in technology deployments, software implementations, or business transformation initiatives, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
