задачи
- Lead full project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk control;
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams;
- Oversee project documentation, compliance requirements, and progress reporting;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure technical, commercial, and operational alignment;
- Manage site activities and monitor construction progress to ensure safe, timely, and quality-driven execution;
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and project delivery standards.
требования
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in engineering, energy, or construction environments;
- Understanding of large-scale solar projects;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management capabilities;
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and confidence working in fast-paced technical environments;
- Fluent German.
