• Build project plans to maximise team utilisation and impact;
• Partner with Product to translate the rationale behind initiatives into cohesive plans covering what, who, how, and when;
• Lead cross-team collaboration across internal teams, driving alignment and coordination;
• Coordinate deliverables from external partners as needed;
• Create and manage tickets supporting the roadmap;
• Assign project-level resources and manage scheduling;
• Identify and drive process improvements in areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality;
• Provide stakeholders with accurate on-demand status updates;
• Run team ceremonies and meetings;
• Drive resolution of production issues;
• Maintain close attention to detail and take pride in the product.

• Must be based in the EU timezone;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in a Scrum framework;
• Experience defining business requirements for software and application development from a customer perspective;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail;
• Experience working with UI/UX teams;
• Nice to have: A degree or Master's in a business or technology discipline.
