Support the Senior Project Manager with daily operations, resource allocation, and project documentation, plans, and budgets;
Track team tasks, coordinate timely delivery of project milestones, and align cross-functional team members with deadlines;
Identify project risks, issues, or delays and escalate blockers to the Senior Project Manager;
Gather status updates, maintain project dashboards, and draft progress reports for internal teams and stakeholders;
Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
требования
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to confidently interface with diverse team members;
Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to identify potential issues before they become critical blockers;
Nice to have: Familiarity with project management software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Asana, and productivity suites such as MS Office.
