• Maintain and manage the project plan, including sprints, tasks, dependencies, and timelines;
• Understand business needs and interpret use cases and development requirements;
• Ask questions proactively to ensure requirements are fully understood;
• Represent Velmie professionally in client meetings;
• Coordinate across company departments and maintain communication with developers;
• Identify risks and timeline issues and propose corrective actions;
• Assist in creating and updating project documentation.

• Mandatory experience working on fintech or digital banking projects;
• Basic understanding of the development process;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint planning;
• Understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, sprints, and user stories;
• Basic understanding of financial systems, including KYC, KYB, wallets, cards, and compliance;
• C1 level English with fluent spoken and written communication;
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients;
• Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and adapt to new information;
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities;
• Nice to have: experience using Jira.
