• Lead non-standard, cross-functional fintech product projects from start to finish by defining scope and timelines, coordinating involved teams, flagging dependencies and requirements early, and keeping delivery on track;
• Identify and resolve issues that slow down or block fintech product initiatives, escalating when needed;
• Turn recurring blockers, requirements, and solutions into reusable playbooks and share them across product and regional teams;
• Coordinate with local business teams and supporting functions to design and adjust country-level monetization schemes, identify necessary changes, and drive them through implementation;
• Work with analysts and strategists to build monetization plans for each country or region, bringing together input from relevant teams;
• Support fintech launches in new markets by coordinating readiness across product, local business, and supporting functions.

• 4–6 Years of experience in project management, business operations, or fintech/product, ideally with multi-market exposure;
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and timelines;
• Fluent in English and Russian;
• Nice to have: Understanding of payment and monetization models.
