• Speak directly with clients to understand the type of slot they want to create;
• Discover preferred gameplay, mechanics, volatility, themes, features, art direction, and player experience;
• Turn incomplete or loosely defined ideas into clear, actionable game concepts;
• Advise clients on mechanics and features based on existing slots and the broader slot market;
• Present game concepts, features, and development progress to clients;
• Turn customer conversations into detailed game requirements for developers, artists, animators, mathematicians, and sound designers;
• Create and maintain game specifications, feature descriptions, reference materials, and acceptance criteria;
• Ensure everyone working on the game understands what is being built and why;
• Identify gaps or contradictions in game concepts before development begins;
• Refine mechanics with the team while preserving the client's original vision;
• Manage several slot projects simultaneously at different stages of development;
• Coordinate developers, designers, artists, mathematicians, QA, and other contributors;
• Maintain timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities;
• Track feedback and ensure client revisions are implemented correctly;
• Identify blockers early and push projects toward completion;
• Keep clients and internal teams informed throughout development;
• Own delivery of the game from idea to finished product.

• Deep knowledge of online slot games;
• Active experience playing, studying, or working with a wide range of slot games and providers;
• Ability to explain why different slot mechanics work and how they affect player experience;
• Strong knowledge of major slot titles, studios, mechanics, trends, and slot game evolution;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into clear instructions;
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to provide opinions and recommendations;
• Ability to communicate effectively with creative and technical teams;
• Strong ownership mentality;
• Nice to have: Previous experience at a slot studio, iGaming company, casino supplier, or game development studio; experience as a slot producer, game producer, game designer, product manager, or project manager; familiarity with slot mathematics, RTP, hit frequency, volatility, and bonus frequency; familiarity with major studios such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Play'n GO, Evolution/NetEnt, Blueprint, or similar; experience working directly with streamers, casino operators, game studios, or other clients; experience with Jira, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
