задачи
- Serve as the primary liaison between Technology Digital teams and Business Units for IT Demand Management;
- Drive demand intake prioritization, governance, and stakeholder communication;
- Coordinate the preparation and approval of Project Documents, Statements of Work (SOWs), and related documentation;
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests;
- Oversee operational activities, including resource onboarding and offboarding, renewals, and vendor coordination;
- Conduct performance feedback discussions for resources and support resource governance;
- Provide regular project status, financial, and governance reporting to stakeholders.
требования
- Experience in project management;
- Strong experience in IT Demand Management, stakeholder management, and project governance;
- Experience managing SOWs, contracts, and resources;
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
- Nice to have: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification.
