• Plan, execute, and finalize technical projects within established timelines and budgets;
• Coordinate the project team and allocate resources efficiently;
• Monitor and report project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives;
• Ensure compliance with best practices and quality standards.

• More than 2 years of solid experience in project management, preferably in IT and telecommunications;
• Technical knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Linux, Windows, Active Directory (AD), and Azure AD;
• Experience with server upgrades and database migrations;
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and provide technical support to the team;
• Technical background in networks, information systems, IT infrastructure, or related areas;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Nice to have: PMP certification or equivalent.

• Work in the office 2 days per week.
