• Plan and lead projects for entering regulated markets, ensuring technical requirements are identified, documented, and implemented;
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and consultants to understand market-specific standards and oversee technical compliance implementation;
• Coordinate teams to deliver platform and product modifications and integrations required for certification;
• Monitor regulatory updates in existing markets and ensure the platform remains technically compliant;
• Act as the point of contact for audits, renewals, and technical inquiries from regulatory authorities;
• Liaise with development, QA, legal, and compliance departments to align project goals;
• Maintain stakeholder communication to keep projects on track and within scope;
• Manage internal QA and external certification testing with regulatory bodies;
• Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues to meet regulatory deadlines;
• Identify and implement workflow improvements for compliance-related projects;
• Use project management tools and techniques to streamline task tracking and reporting;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with the job description and labor code.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 1–3 Years of technical project management experience in gaming, software, or other regulated industries;
• Experience managing compliance or certification projects with a track record of delivering results;
• Good understanding of APIs, database systems, and regulatory reporting frameworks;
• Ability to perform manual testing with Postman and other relevant tools to validate integrations and troubleshoot issues;
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Experience working closely with C-level executives and leadership teams;
• Fluent Armenian, English, and Russian, both written and verbal.
