• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints, and capture lessons learned;
• Manage and refine project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources;
• Coordinate between the engineering team and internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensure effective communication and swift resolution of technical issues;
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards;
• Manage project deliverables, including quality and EHS compliance, throughout the project lifecycle;
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities;
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope;
• Drive business success and customer satisfaction through professional project and stakeholder management;
• Maximize value creation through a win-win approach;
• Contribute to internal process and team improvement initiatives within the Digital Engineering Project Management team.

• Education in Electrical Engineering or automation engineering, as well as Project or Package Management disciplines;
• Experience with automation and control systems and data pipelines, preferably within the energy sector;
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders;
• Proactive and agile approach to process improvement and problem-solving;
• Positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to learn and grow;
• Eagerness to learn about new technologies and different business domains within renewable energy;
• Ability to perform in a complex and diverse organizational setup;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Nice to have: Experience with onshore and offshore technology, high-voltage electrical systems, construction projects, OT and IT technical project or program management, Wind, BESS or PV industry, and OT and IT design, specification, configuration and testing.
