Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources throughout all project phases, from initial development through implementation;
Manage projects with top-down oversight, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and standards;
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables;
Perform risk management, raise awareness of risks among stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans;
Communicate proactively with project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and improve efficiency;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives;
Ensure successful project delivery in line with company standards;
Provide regular updates and documentation to stakeholders.
требования
At least 5 years of experience in IT, including 3+ years as a project manager on international projects;
Understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods;
Experience working with technical teams and knowledge of DevOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity topics;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Fluent English;
Fluent French;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage complex global projects with multiple stakeholders;
Ability to promote teamwork in a highly collaborative environment.
