• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources;
• Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors and suppliers;
• Review technical documentation, drawings and specifications;
• Oversee installation works and equipment deliveries;
• Coordinate commissioning and functional testing;
• Manage project changes, risks and deadlines.

• Hands-on project management experience specifically in low-voltage / ELV, smart building or building engineering systems;
• Experience delivering projects involving systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, KNX, AV or building automation;
• Experience working on construction or fit-out projects, coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site;
• Good understanding of the full project lifecycle — from technical planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and handover;
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation and understand what is actually happening on site;
• Experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of project delivery, timelines and budget;
• Good English for professional communication and technical documentation;
• Willingness to work regularly on project sites and travel when required.
