Create and update the project roadmap;
Organize processes and motivate the team;
Plan sprints, manage the backlog, and prioritize work;
Conduct grooming sessions, retrospectives, and demos;
Manage project risks;
Set up, adapt, and manage project processes from requirements gathering to technical support;
Interact with clients, negotiate, and manage timelines, risks, and customer business expectations;
Communicate regularly with clients about development, strategies, and business goals.
требования
2+ Years of experience as a Project Manager;
Hands-on knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and hybrid software development life cycle models (SDLC);
Experience managing projects with various methodologies;
Excellent planning skills and the ability to switch between projects without losing focus;
Systematic thinking and the ability to find common ground with colleagues, partners, and customers;
Self-confidence, excellent communication skills, flexibility, initiative, perseverance, and responsibility;
Ability to multitask and work under stress;
English at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
German at Intermediate+ level or above;
Nice to have: technical background, experience in FinTech, Healthcare, or Automotive, experience with SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce.
