Hyperoptic is a broadband provider working to deliver gigabit connectivity across Britain. Its Belgrade office collaborates with UK colleagues on network delivery, customer services and company strategy.

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of complex Technology & Innovation projects to agreed time, cost, scope and quality;
• Translate business objectives into delivery plans, milestones and outcomes from initiation through implementation;
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities, removing obstacles and finding pragmatic solutions;
• Build relationships across Technology, the business and other functions, influencing stakeholders and delivery teams without direct authority;
• Communicate with Senior Executives and Executive Leadership Team members through concise updates, recommendations, risks and required decisions;
• Work with technical teams to understand technology challenges and translate them into business implications and outcomes;
• Ensure projects deliver business value and successful adoption;
• Mentor and support junior Project Managers and build delivery capability across the Belgrade team.

• Strong track record of delivering complex technology projects;
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Confidence and executive presence to influence and constructively challenge Senior Executives and ELT;
• Tenacious, proactive and delivery-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership;
• Pragmatic project management approach focused on outcomes;
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills across organisational boundaries;
• Experience working with technical teams and engaging with Architecture, Engineering and other technology specialists;
• Experience mentoring, coaching or developing other Project Managers;
• Strong experience managing scope, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and governance;
• Project/Programme Management accreditation.
