• Search for and attract new affiliate partners in Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs;
• Communicate with existing affiliates and support daily cooperation;
• Onboard new partners by providing links, offers, promotional materials, and basic product information;
• Work with SEO affiliates and support campaigns with other traffic types when needed;
• Monitor partner performance and key metrics, including FTD, CPA, deposits, conversion rate, and ROI;
• Track traffic quality and escalate suspicious or low-quality traffic to the team lead or Risk team;
• Participate in negotiations on CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals;
• Prepare basic reports in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Share partner feedback with internal teams;
• Attend iGaming and affiliate conferences in Europe when required.

• At least 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing;
• Experience in iGaming or betting is required;
• Experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 GEOs;
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models;
• Experience with SEO traffic is required;
• Basic understanding of affiliate metrics, including FTD, CPA, deposits, conversion rate, and ROI;
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher;
• Good communication and follow-up skills;
• Ability to work with Excel and Google Sheets;
• Passport allowing visa-free travel across Europe for conferences;
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented personality;
• Nice to have: experience on the operator side, experience with other traffic types.
